Objectives
· Creating of network to raise professionalism of employer who work in Non Governmental organization of disable business women, par-ticipates in comprehensive social-economical protection and educates rights of disabled people.

· Assists in increase of business performance and experience of talented disable girls inter-ested to practice business undertakings, cre-ates information consultancy services, busi-ness education schools, education centers, in order to increase qualification invites interna-tional specialists.

· Assists disable business women in manage-ment and marketing studies, in development of leadership performance.

· Participates in conferences and activities of Non Governmental organizations which deal with social issues, utilization of grants, and implementation of joint projects.

· Organizes exhibition, presentation of programs and projects of international funds, organize exhibitions, presentations of programs and projects of internatinal foundations, manufactures of folk handicrafts, participates in publishing activities according to the law.

· Protection of rights and interests business women with limited abilities in their business activities.

· Accomplishment of exchange of information, work experience, also mutual assistance and collaboration in business activities in Uzbekistan and international level.

· Preparation and conduction of charity, also cultural-public activities and sport competitions.
